2009 is the Year of Twitter

GLM said his company uses the exact algorithm to track words and phrases in the media and the Internet to be collected in a list rank.

He added, the words tracked related to frequency, contextual usage and appearance in global media outlets, which rely on long-term trend factors, short-term changes, momentum and velocity.

Bing

Meanwhile, Bing, the site’s search engine Microsoft also noted, “Twitter” is the most widely sought throughout the year 2009. Microsoft said in a statement on the blog Sunday (29/11) night express, “Michael Jackson”, “Twitter” and “Swine Flu” is the third most sought-after topic this year by Bing.
